Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vishalmobile.store and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Vishal Mobile — a proprietary concern registered under GSTIN 24BEVPS9584M1Z5, at Shop No 5, Surbhi Complex, Paligaon Road, Sachin, Surat, Gujarat — 394230. By browsing or transacting on the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity on your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately at support@vishalmobile.store of any unauthorized use.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any reason we reasonably believe is necessary to protect other users.
3. Products and listings
We list mobile phones, accessories and electronics from established brands. All products are 100% genuine and ship with the manufacturer's original warranty. Product descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith — minor variations from physical photographs (colour, packaging revision) are possible. Availability is dynamic; an item may go out of stock between you adding it to cart and placing your order.
4. Pricing & tax
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.
- The total payable at checkout includes any shipping charges and excludes EMI processing fees levied by the bank (if applicable).
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before the order is dispatched. If a corrected price is higher and you do not agree, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept:
- Online prepaid: UPI, credit / debit cards, net banking, popular wallets via Razorpay (Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): available on most serviceable pin codes. A small handling fee may apply.
- EMI: standard and no-cost EMI from select banks, displayed at checkout based on order value.
- Gift cards & wallet: partial or full redemption supported.
We do not store your card / UPI / netbanking credentials. Payment data is handled directly by Razorpay under PCI-DSS standards.
6. Delivery & shipping
We dispatch from Sachin, Surat (394230) via Shiprocket and assigned carriers. Standard delivery is 2-5 working days to metros and 4-7 working days to non-metros. Detailed terms are in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns, refunds & cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is shipped at no cost. After delivery, eligible items can be returned within 7 days. The full terms are detailed in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
8. Loyalty & referral program
- You earn loyalty points on every paid order at the rate shown on your account page (currently 1 point per ₹10 spent).
- Points can be redeemed at checkout subject to a minimum (100 points = ₹10).
- When a referred friend signs up using your unique code and places their first order, both of you receive wallet credit per the current rules.
- We may pause, modify or terminate the program with prior notice.
9. Customer reviews & community content
- Reviews and Q&A posted on the Platform are moderated and may be hidden or removed for spam, abuse or misinformation.
- By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use and display it in connection with the Platform.
- You are solely responsible for the content you post and must not impersonate others or violate third-party rights.
10. Intellectual property
The Vishal Mobile name, logo, website design, copy and curated product photography are owned by us. Brand logos and product images belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, republish, scrape, frame or otherwise reuse our content without prior written permission.
11. Prohibited use
You must not:
- Submit false orders, attempt fraud, or use stolen payment instruments;
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Platform with automated tools;
- Probe for vulnerabilities, attempt DoS, or interfere with the Platform's integrity;
- Abuse our support team, BD team, courier partners or franchisees;
- Resell our items in violation of brand authorised-reseller policies.
12. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties express or implied except those that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, absence of bugs, or that the Platform will meet every customer need.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the affected order. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Vishal Mobile, its directors, employees and agents against any claims, damages, costs or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any third-party rights.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Consumer Protection Act 2019, any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat.
16. Dispute resolution
Before approaching a court, we encourage you to raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see Privacy Policy §11). We aim to resolve every complaint within 15 days.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a banner on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
