This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Vishal Mobile uses on vishalmobile.store, why we use them, and how you can control them. It works together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What is a cookie?

Cookies let the site remember your preferences (so you don't have to log in on every page) and help us understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage and service-worker caches — all of these are covered by this policy and the cookie banner.

2. Categories of cookies we use

2.1 Strictly necessary (always on)

These keep you signed in, secure your session, remember your cart contents, and support fraud prevention. The site cannot function without them, so they are exempt from consent under the DPDP Act.

JWT access / refresh tokens — store your authenticated session
cart_id, cookie_consent — remember your cart and consent choice
service worker caches — speed up repeat visits and provide an offline page

2.2 Functional (with your consent)

Remember preferences such as last-used pincode, recently viewed products.

2.3 Analytics (with your consent)

Help us understand traffic, which products people view most and where they drop off. We may use Google Analytics 4 when enabled. Aggregated and mostly anonymous.

2.4 Marketing (with your consent)

Used to show you relevant offers and to measure ad campaigns. May include Meta Pixel / Google Ads tags when enabled.

3. Third-party services that may set cookies

Razorpay — when you visit the checkout, to process your payment securely.
Cloudflare — bot protection and CDN performance.
Google Analytics — usage analytics (only when you accept analytics cookies).
Meta Pixel — advertising effectiveness (only when you accept marketing cookies).

4. How to control cookies

Use the cookie banner shown on your first visit to Accept all or Reject all non-essential cookies. You can change your choice any time by clearing localStorage / cookies.
Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies — but if you block strictly-necessary ones the site may stop working.
To opt out of Google Analytics globally, install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Do Not Track

We honour the global Do Not Track (DNT) signal — when DNT is on we do not enable analytics or marketing cookies even if you haven't explicitly clicked Reject.

6. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated via the cookie banner or a notice on the site.
